The UPS Store

This UPS store and Owner are by far - simply amazing!! Customer service has always been great - but this year the owner and staff made what I thought would be impossible happen. To say they gave my family a Christmas miracle is about the best way to describe it! Thank you SO much for your kindness!!! XO Anne J

First time they have ever made me purchase a box for a return, this has never been an issue before. So in order to complete the return, with a line out the door behind me, I had to purchase a box. If this was advertised on their website that this is necessary I would not be writing this review, but they only made it an issue this one and only time, when I could not do anything about it and they knew so.

Terrible company/service. I tried to overnight a debit card to a town pretty close by. Seemingly simple. Cost $50. They bent/ruined the card and “returned to sender” the package back to the UPS store. So I had to spend more time picking it back up and they did NOT refund my money. So in all - they destroyed my package (the card), charged me $50, and wasted my time. Talk about service! They also asked if I would like to pay another $50 to resend! HA! Yeah since you did such a great job the first time….NOT

Rude snarky staff( and this not the first time) . Shipped package and questioned cost.. Both the guy handing the package and some woman staff who was not even involved made snide remarks right to my face. Ultimately shipped the package but definitely taking my next business elsewhere- there are alternatives...
